In image and video analysis, the information extraction is one of the main points to extract knowledge. In High Content Screening it is particularly important to quickly and efficiently analyze data. Moreover, in cases where the details in the data are difficult to recognize for the human eye, analysis with computers will be useful.
For these cases we have developed the user-friendly and flexible image analysis software Zeta. The user can specify positive and negative examples in a few sample images and the Zeta software learns optimal decision and quantification procedures for subsequent automatic applications. Therewith, effort and cost can be decreased significantly for high content analysis.
