Fraunhofer FIT develops its learning programs participatively within interdisciplinary expert teams, bringing together the specialist knowledge of all its departments. This enables us to provide our learning programs efficiently and adapt them quickly to new requirements. The departments ensure that the learning content remains scientifically up to date.
We base our work on scientific findings and best practices from didactics, psychology, and design thinking. Transparency and quality assurance are of great importance to us. Through close cooperation with the Fraunhofer Personnel Certification Board, we are able to meet high-quality standards, enable certifications according to DIN ISO 9001 and 17024, and thus ensure the transfer of relevant knowledge.
