With the "Value Achiever Program", Fraunhofer FIT and Celonis jointly drive the sustainable integration of Process Intelligence within organizations. The program specifically empowers employees to act as internal transformation drivers (intrapreneurs) and implement change effectively. Through the close integration of training, an international community, and applied research, the format is continuously refined and sustainably embedded in practice. 

In the "Value Achiever Program", Fraunhofer FIT, together with Celonis, continues the successful collaboration of recent years and specifically strengthens the sustainable adoption of Process Intelligence in organizations. Building on more than 100 trained "Value Achievers", the program is continuously developed to empower employees to act effectively as internal change agents (intrapreneurs) and to sustainably anchor transformation initiatives within their organizations. 

The program combines a four-day co-branded training format with application-oriented research. Fraunhofer FIT continuously develops and updates research-based teaching content on topics such as entrepreneurial thinking, organizational development, change management, and operating models. These contents are delivered jointly with Celonis and other experts and are directly applied to participants’ concrete transformation initiatives during intensive working sessions. A particular focus is placed on the individual development of participants as well as on enabling them to independently initiate and drive change processes. 

A key component is the close integration of training and research: during program execution, FIT continuously evaluates insights from Process Intelligence research while simultaneously gaining new perspectives from the international Value Achiever community. This feedback loop enables evidence-based program development and generates new impulses for future research activities. At the same time, it fosters continuous exchange between practice and research, allowing current business challenges to directly inform the further development of methods and content. 

By combining excellent training, an international community, and applied research, the Value Achiever Program creates a unique platform for sustainably shaping transformation, strengthening organizational change capabilities, and securing the long-term value of Process Intelligence.
